At Guitarlo, I’m all about providing a fun and exceptional musical education tailored just for you. To make sure everyone has the best experience possible, here’s what you need to know:

Need to Cancel? No Problem!

Life’s unpredictable—I totally understand! Just give me a heads up at least 24 hours before your lesson to cancel without losing the session from your package.

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be counted as used. This helps me manage my schedule and open up the slot for another student.
Your Lessons Package:

Got a monthly package of lessons? Awesome! You actually have 8 weeks to use them. This gives you some extra flexibility in case you get busy or need to adjust your schedule.
If I Have to Cancel:

Things can sometimes come up on my end too. If I need to cancel a lesson for any reason, you’ll have the option to either get a refund for that session or reschedule it for a more convenient time.
