One Last Tool For You


Throughout this course, we explored various strategies designed to help your brain learn, absorb, and consolidate what you learn during your guitar practice more effectively.

As you've seen, some tools require a one-time setup, like "creating an optimal practice environment"  while others involve daily actions that we must take like "deliberate practice"

Given that we covered 19 tools, it's not realistic to implement all of them every single day. Therefore, I've created 3 example protocols for you to follow based on your available practice time:

  1. The Lion Protocol
  2. The Jaguar Protocol
  3. The Cheetah Protocol
